The Ignis B doesn’t require a power connection to run. This machine has complete independence from your energy supply, allowing you to rely on stable, high-performance welding for both manual arc (MMA) and TIG. This replaces the original Accupocket 150 with its higher output and longer battery life. The Ignis B is fantastic for both indoor and outdoor environments allowing you to unleash you full welding potential no matter the challenge.

You can weld with any type of electrode: Rutile, basic, cellulose.

In just one battery charge you can weld up to thirty-one 2.5 mm or twelve 3.25 mm electrodes. Alternatively, 30 minutes of continuous TIG welding can be performed (at 100 A) – independent of power and without recharging. A quick charge is possible in just 40 minutes (80% power), full charging takes 60 minutes. Despite the integrated battery, the Ignis Battery weighs just 12 kg.

The Ignis B doesn’t require a power connection to run. The Ignis B is fantastic for both indoor and outdoor environments allowing you to unleash you full welding potential no matter the challenge.

HOT START:

It's now easier to ignite the electrode, as a result of the current being increased for a fraction of a second. This function was developed for welding with rutile and cellulose electrodes.

SOFT START:

Ensures a stable arc at the start of the weld. This function was developed for basic electrodes that weld at a low current.

ANTI-STICK:

Prevents an electrode burnout, if short circuit occurs (equivalent to the electrode sticking during manual arc welding) the welding machine switches itself off immediately.

MMA PLUSE:

Function allows fast welding with precision, works particularly well in environments with restricted space.

MULTILOCK:

Simple, flexible welding as a result of interchangeable torch bodies in various lengths and angles

TIG PULSE:

Functions up to 100HZ enabling precise control over the weld pool ensuring an excellent seam. The pulse arc makes it easier to weld with thinner materials as a result of the lower current and temperature.

TRACKING ARC:

Function acts like a flash light. The Ignis can ignite an arc with only 8 amperes making it easier to find the exact starting position when re-igniting after changing the electrode. This helps to prevent welding errors such as insufficiently filled end-craters or the notch effect. This function has been specifically designed for applications that do not use an automatic welding helmet or shield.

ACCUBOOST TECH:

Increased arc stability for more precise welding, created arc-force dynamic which results in an easy ignition and no arc break. The high-performance battery delivers above-average short-circuit currents for short periods during welding, minimizing electrodes sticking.
