AccuPocket welds all types of electrode (rutile, basic, CEL and special purpose electrodes) up to a diameter of 3.25 mm (0.13”). Steel, high alloy steels and aluminium are all suitable base metals.
A fully charged battery is enough to weld up to six 3.25 mm (0.13”). electrodes or up to eighteen 2.5 mm (0.1”)ones.
AccuBoost Technology ensures that the power needed for perfect ignition and weld properties is permanently at hand.
Overview
"S" mark, CE mark as standard
Carrying handle
Carrying strap
Cellulose-compatible
Vertical-down compatible welding for cellulose electrodes
Continuous welding current adjustment using TIG welding torch
Dust filter
Generator-compatible
for mobile use, including construction sites
Hot start
Makes ignition of cellulose and rutile electrodes easier.
Over-temperature protection
Soft start
For a stable arc when using basic electrodes that take little welding current to ignite
TIG Comfort stop
Prevents the arc from breaking at the end of welding. By moving the welding torch in a particular way, the welding current falls automatically, gas shielding is ensured, and the crater is filled perfectly.
Temperature-controlled fan
Reduces contamination inside the machine and increases power source service life
Vertical-down compatible welding (cellulose electrodes)
Technology - AccuBoost delivers marked improvements in the ignition properties, arc stability and arc dynamics. The integral high-performance rechargeable battery momentarily delivers above-averagely high short-circuiting currents during welding, reliably minimising electrode-sticking (Y). The perfect interplay between the battery and the welding electronics also permits high welding voltage at high power. This prevents annoying arc-breaks (X).
