    The TransTig 3000 is a TIG DC power source that produces 250 A and, weighing in at 24,2 kg (53 lb.), is one of the lightest TIG power sources with a 3-phase power supply. It is extremely easy to use, very intuitive in its operation, very robust, powerful and completely digitised. The power source can be used in many different applications: chemical, container, machinery and plant construction, pipeline construction, automotive and tracked vehicle manufacturing, the aerospace and shipbuilding industries, not to mention all types of installation, maintenance and repair companies.

    The TransTig 3000 Job is ideal for use on construction sites and in manufacturing for welding low-alloy and high-alloy steels and non-ferrous metals. Job mode enables cold wire control and automated use.

    Automatic cooling unit shutdown - For a longer coolant pump service life and greater safety
    Automatic gas post-flow time (welding current-dependent) - The ideal post-flow time is calculated automatically so that electrode and weld pool do not oxidise
    Digital welding process control - For one-off precision in the welding process, exact reproducibility and outstanding weld properties
    Job mode - Once perfected, machine settings can be saved and called up at any time.
    Non-contact ignition (HF) - For perfect arc ignition with high-voltage pulse, even for very long hosepacks
    Touchdown ignition - For ignition with no high-voltage pulses in sensitive applications
